What began with a simple goal — to take pride in every job, no matter the size — has grown into a trusted team built on experience. With a background in residential building and insurance repair work, we recognised the need for dependable, efficient solutions across both construction and property maintenance. So we built a team that does both — and does it well.

CGC Property Solutions
This division was built to handle all practical, real-world services for homeowners, landlords, and property managers — from painting and garden work to touch-ups, trims, and transformations. We even employ a full-time painter to maintain consistent standards.
